Bupa Ballarat is seeking a Care Manager to join our up-to-date Delacombe care home in Ballarat. You will support the General Manager in delivering person-centred care, ensuring continuous assessment, care planning, and robust clinical governance to help residents live healthier, longer lives.

You will oversee a dedicated clinical team, manage medications, lead AN-ACC compliance, and collaborate with health practitioners to optimise resident outcomes.
