We're on the lookout for a skilled Maintenance Fitter to join our high-performing team at Tip Top's Ermington site.

If you're a hands-on fitter who loves solving problems and keeping machines running, this is the role for you!

Work Schedule

Enjoy a structured 4-week rotating roster that repeats throughout the year, offering a mix of day and night shifts and regular extended periods off.

- Day shifts: Typically 6:00am start
- Night shifts: Typically 6:00pm start
- Shift lengths vary between 8 and 12 hours
- Weekend shifts form part of the roster
- Overtime opportunities may be available

What You'll Be Doing

- Carry out preventative maintenance and keep equipment running smoothly
- Diagnose and troubleshoot machinery issues
- Respond to breakdowns and prioritise safe, efficient repairs
- Work with supervisors on root cause analysis and continuous improvement
- Maintain logs, registers, and SAP records for all repairs
- Collaborate with production teams to keep operations flowing

The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience in industrial maintenance (food manufacturing preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Forklift licence (highly regarded but not essential)
