Key Responsibilities
- Support the Practice Manager with the daily management of practice operations.
- Develop, review, implement, and maintain practice policies and procedures.
- Assist with quality improvement activities and accreditation requirements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to administration staff.
- Manage and resolve workplace conflicts professionally and effectively.
- Foster a positive team culture and promote open communication.
- Monitor workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Assist with staff training, onboarding, and performance management processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare legislation and practice standards.
- Undertake other management duties as required.
About You
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
- Proven experience in policy and procedure writing and implementation.
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to prioritise competing demands in a busy setting.
- Confidence in leading and supporting a diverse team.
- Previous experience in General Practice or healthcare administration is highly regarded.
- Experience with practice accreditation processes will be viewed favorably.
