Cathara Consulting is looking to connect with experienced Business Analysts and Technical Business Analysts for upcoming digital transformation and implementation projects spanning GIS, Esri, Workday, HR & Payroll Systems, Data Migration and ERP solutions.

We welcome interest from Business Analysts across multiple disciplines and experience levels for potential contract opportunities in Perth, WA and Darwin, NT.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyse and document business, functional and technical requirements.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, business process mapping and gap analysis.
- Support ERP implementations, system integrations and digital transformation initiatives.
- Contribute to data migration, mapping, validation, testing and system improvements.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, ERP vendors and technical delivery teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes, systems and operational efficiency.

About You

- Experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.




- Experience in one or more areas including GIS, Esri, Workday, HR & Payroll Systems, Data Migration or working with ERP vendors.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering and business process analysis skills.
- Experience supporting enterprise system implementations or complex transformation projects.
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams.
