In this advanced clinical role, you will provide specialised occupational therapy assessment, treatment and recovery-focused interventions that support adolescents to improve their wellbeing, participation, independence and quality of life.

Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will provide clinical leadership, professional supervision and expert consultation while contributing to service development, quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives. About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

- Deliver advanced occupational therapy assessments and interventions for adolescents with complex mental health needs within a specialist inpatient setting.
- Develop and implement recovery-focused treatment plans that enhance functional outcomes, participation and independence.
- Provide professional leadership, clinical supervision and mentoring to occupational therapists,



students and multidisciplinary team members.
- Work collaboratively with consumers, families, carers and healthcare professionals to coordinate secure, person-centred care.
- Lead and contribute to quality improvement, service development, research and evidence-based practice activities that enhance consumer outcomes.
