This is a customer-facing technical role that covers the whole path from first demo to rollout of Devin across large engineering teams. It asks for someone who can run pilots, find the right tasks to hand to the agent, and train engineers at scale. A robust candidate has a STEM degree, a record of enterprise deployments in sales engineering or forward deployed roles, and the ability to explain complex technical ideas to both engineers and leaders.

How it fits the AI era

The work centres on helping teams change how they build software, as an AI agent takes on tasks that engineers once did by hand. Choosing which tasks suit the agent, setting up pilots and teaching people to work with it are all part of the job. Trust, relationship building and judgement about what a customer really needs stay human.

How it builds AI experience

Working at an applied AI lab that makes an autonomous coding agent gives close,

daily exposure to how large engineering teams adopt agents in practice. The role involves seeing which use cases succeed, which fail and why, and feeding that back to the product team. To build this experience beforehand, try coding agents on real projects, document what works, and practise running small demos or training sessions.

Worth showing

- Technical demos and pilots
- Customer training and enablement
- Hands-on coding ability
- Clear technical communication
