Anti-Discrimination NSW is recruiting a Manager Enquiries & Conciliation to lead complaint handling, develop policies, and drive effective processes. The role manages priorities, ensures staff induction and development, and aligns with the ADNSW strategic plan. Hybrid work is available in Parramatta.

The position is Clerk Grade 9/10 with a base salary of 133,349–146,946 AUD per year, plus superannuation and annual leave loading. Applications close 1 November 2026.
