Victorian Legal Aid (VLA) is seeking a senior leader to head a team of non-legal advocates delivering high-quality advocacy to people at risk or subject to compulsory treatment orders. The role is based at the Broadmeadows office on Wurundjeri Country, with a adaptable hybrid work arrangement.
You will supervise and mentor IMHA advocates, manage workload, and ensure wellbeing through debriefing practices while empowering consumers to exercise their rights in the mental health system.
