Lifestylepanel Pty Ltd in Adelaide is seeking a dedicated Customer Service and IT Support specialist to serve hospital patients with entertainment systems. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, perform repairs, and ensure high-quality customer interactions in a hospital environment.

You will provide Level 1–2 support, manage Service Desk tickets, and deliver both in office and remote assistance while maintaining accurate records and ensuring safety protocols.
