YAY Today is looking for experienced, confident and reliable Disability Support Workers to provide 2:1 support to a participant with complex support needs in Moorabbin.

We have genuine full-time employment opportunities, offering consistent rostered hours across our SIL and complex support services for suitable candidates.

Due to the participant's personal care needs and preferences, male Support Workers are strongly encouraged to apply.

Position Details

- Location: Moorabbin, VIC, and surrounding suburbs
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Hours: 38 hours per week
- Pay Rate:



$38–$46 per hour (pending confirmation of permanent rates)
- Positions Available: Multiple

About the Role

You will work as part of a dedicated support team, providing safe, consistent and person-centred care.

- Providing hands-on Personal Care Assistance (PCA)
- Supporting daily living activities and personal routines
- Delivering 2:1 support in the home and community
- Supporting community access, participation and independence
- Following Behaviour Support Plans and individual support strategies
- Supporting emotional regulation and responding to behaviours of concern
