The opportunity - You will be involved in:

- Leading structural engineering design and delivery across significant building projects.
- Providing technical guidance and mentoring junior engineers and graduates.
- Managing project programmes, design quality, documentation and deliverables.
- Undertaking structural analysis and design across concrete and steel building structures.
- Working closely with experienced senior engineers and Directors.
- Developing stronger client relationships and becoming increasingly involved in client-facing responsibilities.
- Contributing to a collaborative, professional and high-performing engineering team.

Ideally, you will bring:

- Strong structural engineering experience within an Australian engineering consultancy.
- A solid technical background in commercial,



residential or other significant building structures.
- Experience with ETABS, SpaceGass and RAPT would be advantageous.
- Proven ability to mentor and guide junior engineers and graduates.
- Confidence managing technical design, project delivery and competing priorities.
- Some client interaction experience, or a genuine interest in developing this capability.
- The ambition to progress into Associate-level leadership and management.
