Procare's Factual Investigation Division are seeking FactualInvestigatorsknowledgeableinWorkers Compensation and CTP investigationsto join our expanding team inSouth Australia! As a Factual Investigator your day is designed by you - this role offers a unique opportunity for variety and autonomy over your working day!We have full time, casual and contractor roles available for skilled Factual Investigators.

The Role:

- Attend various locations, predominantly within Adelaideand a proportion of work acrossSA;
- Interview appropriate key parties taking statements, collate relevant evidence to produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner;
- Maintain effective and appropriate communication with our investigations support team and other relevant parties; and




- Prepare and draft factual reports.

About You:

- Hold aCertificate III in Investigations;
- Hold a current and valid InvestigationAgent Licence;
- Hold a Business Investigation Agent Licence if operating as a subcontractor;
- Have a current and validdriver's licence and vehicle;
- Haveexcellentwritten and verbalcommunicationskills;
- Robust attention to detailand are self-motivated to meet deadlines.
