We are looking for an experienced, passionate person to join our kitchen. We make pretty much everything in house inc focaccia pizza dough.
5 days with a Sunday/Monday weekend - 38hours a week.
Must haves:
- Previous experience with baking, especially pizza dough (absolute non-negotiable)
- The skills and attitudes to uphold our high standards
- Willingness to work under the lead of our head chefs
- Previous work in a high flow, high pace setting
