The role

You'll lead our Lounge Life and Lavita Outdoor showroom from the floor, not the back office. You'll know your customers by name, know your team's strengths, and build a culture where everyone feels valued and accountable.

You'll be measured on achieving 100% of the showroom budget, and on building a team that gets there together.

What you'll do

Lead the showroom to 100% of budget, tracking conversion, revenue per visitor, average order value and individual performance

Run a daily sales meeting and coach your team actively on the floor throughout the day

Hold your team accountable for their performance, spotting gaps early and acting on them with care

Protect margins and manage discounting within company guidelines





Make sure every opportunity in our CRM has a clear next action and every customer is onboarded through our portal

Oversee stock availability, dispatch, goods received and outstanding customer balances

Recruit, develop and support your team, including Team Leaders on their pathway into management

Experience as a Showroom Manager, Store Manager or in a senior retail leadership role is essential, and a background in furniture, homewares or premium lifestyle retail is a strong advantage. Our showrooms trade on weekends and public holidays, so availability to work rostered weekends is an expectation of this role.

Remuneration: your package will reflect your experience and the value you bring, with a highly competitive base salary and OTE (inclusive of Superannuation and commission) of $145 000 to $170 000 for the right person
