As a Senior Social Worker, you'll help people and families navigate some of life's most challenging moments while supporting better health outcomes across the Darling Downs. You're an experienced social worker who combines clinical expertise with compassion and sound judgement. - Eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
- Proven experience delivering high-level social work services in complex healthcare environments.
- Strong communication, consultation and relationship‑building skills across diverse stakeholders.
- A collaborative approach, with the ability to lead initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement.





You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience working in rural or regional settings and/or eligibility to hold an AASW Accredited Social Worker credential.
