Respect is seeking a full time Care Manager to join Coroneagh Park in Penguin, TAS. You will drive clinical leadership, support staff capability and ensure residents receive respectful, person-centred care with alignment to their needs.

Working closely with the General Manager and clinical team, you will help guide care delivery and contribute to a supportive leadership environment with opportunities for development in a not-for-profit aged care setting.
