Vision Early Learning Centre is seeking passionate, motivated Centre Managers / Nominated Supervisors to lead our new services:

From preparing for opening day to building a thriving centre community, you’ll play a central role in your service’s success.

Working closely with the Approved Provider, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute ideas, establish strong foundations and create a team culture that reflects your commitment to quality early childhood education.

Make your mark

We’re looking for a visible, hands‑on leader who connects easily with people and turns plans into action. You will:

Bring your centre to life: coordinate opening preparations, recruit your team and create inviting learning environments.

Welcome and grow your community: deliver memorable tours, follow up enquiries and build local connections that support enrolments.

Build family confidence: be approachable, communicate openly and respond to concerns with care and professionalism.

Lead a team that thrives: coach educators, recognise their strengths and set clear expectations.

Champion quality education: work alongside the Educational Leader to support engaging, inclusive programs.

Keep children’s safety at the centre: embed child‑safe practices and maintain regulatory compliance.

Run a solid service:



manage rosters, staffing, budgets, records and continuous improvement.

You bring the leadership

You’re warm, organised and proactive. You enjoy getting involved, take ownership of your work and understand that a successful centre starts with children, families and educators feeling valued.

You’ll also bring:

An ACECQA‑approved Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, or equivalent approved qualification.

Experience as a Centre Manager or Nominated Supervisor, or strong Assistant Director experience and readiness to take the next step.

Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework, early learning frameworks and Victorian child safety requirements.

Confidence building enrolments and managing daily centre operations.

Relevant screening, current approved first aid qualifications and required child protection and child safety training.

Suitability and willingness to be appointed as Nominated Supervisor.
