Maryborough Community Aged Care is a Not-for-Profit organisation offering a rewarding Clinical Manager role. You will lead a team of clinical professionals and care workers, mentoring staff while ensuring high standards of resident care in a fast-paced workplace.

You will work closely with the Residential Manager, Deputy Residential Manager and care team, bringing exceptional communication and clinical skills to drive care planning, supervision and development across our Maryborough facility.
