Endeavour Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Pacific Hotel in Yeppoon. You will lead on the floor, drive shift performance, mentor a local team, and coordinate across venue departments to ensure seamless daily operations and excellent guest service.
You’ll bring hands-on hospo leadership, the appropriate RSA/RSG, RMLV, and Approved Managers Licence, and a collaborative attitude to work with the Publican and management group.
