AnglicareSA is seeking a dedicated Support Facilitator to work with young people who have lived care experience, supporting their transition to independent living through trauma-informed, strengths-based case management.
You will help navigate housing, tenancy options, finances, education and employment, build practical life skills, access services and resources, and advocate for young people’s voices in decision-making.
This full time fixed-term contract is based at Kurralta Park.
