Tenjo is the newest restaurant from The Apollo Restaurant Group, the team behind The Apollo, Cho Cho San, Olympus Dining, Greca and Yoko Dining.
Set above the energy of Surry Hills, Tenjo brings together Japanese dining, sushi, thoughtful drinks and warm hospitality in a beautiful rooftop setting.

We're building our opening team and looking for Section Waiters, Bartenders and Food Runners who want to be part of something new.
Whether you've spent years working in excellent restaurants or you're looking to take the next step in hospitality, we'd love to hear from you.

Who we're looking for

We're hiring across our Front of House team:

- Section Waiters: Confident,



personable people who know how to run a section, connect with guests and deliver a great dining experience.
- Bartenders: People who love making drinks, enjoy a busy bar and take pride in the details. Cocktail and wine knowledge is a bonus.
- Food Runners: Energetic, switched-on team players who enjoy the pace of restaurant service. Experience is great, but a willingness to learn matters just as much.
