Early Bird Baristas Drive Thru, Bannockburn is currently seeking a bright, bubbly and enthusiastic Café All Rounder / Barista to join our growing team.

As a valued member of our small family business, you will play an important role in the daily operations of the café. From crafting quality coffee and preparing delicious food to creating memorable customer experiences, you'll help ensure every customer leaves with a smile.
We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and making a fantastic first impression, so we're looking for someone who is friendly, professional, well-presented, efficient, and passionate about hospitality.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1–2 years Barista experience, consistently producing high-quality coffee and perfect lattes.
- Minimum 1–2 years Customer Service experience, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Must have ongoing availability on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Weekends.
- Please note: Only applications with availability on these days will be considered.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.
- Excellent communication and English language skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast paced team.
- Must be an Australian citizen to be eligible for this position.
Bonus Skills
- Baking experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality coffee and specialty beverages, including milkshakes and smoothies.
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
- Build genuine relationships with customers by recognising preferences and creating personalised experiences.
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the café.
- Support the smooth and efficient operation of the business.
