Headspace Swan Hill is seeking a Youth Support Worker to engage and support young people aged 12-25 through outreach, individual support and community-based activities. You will build trusting relationships, help identify goals and pathways that enhance wellbeing, education, employment and community participation.
Deliver youth-focused programs and engagement activities that promote connection, resilience and positive outcomes. Some evening and weekend work may be required.
