BHP is seeking a Dozer Push Production Crew Lead at Goonyella Riverside Mine to deliver production targets safely and efficiently. You will manage experienced operators, drive improvements in operating practices, and foster a high-performance, inclusive team culture on a 7/7 day/night roster.

Candidates should have coal industry experience with dragline and bulk dozer push operations, plus CAT SATS experience and Cert IV Training & Assessment.
