The role plays a critical part in shaping clinical standards, workforce sustainability, organisational performance and the future direction of care delivery across Northern NSW.

About You

You will be a highly respected and influential executive leader with:

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse or Registered Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Tertiary qualifications in leadership, management or a related field.
- Extensive executive leadership experience within a complex health service environment.
- Demonstrated success leading workforce strategy, professional governance and organisational reform.
- Robust financial, operational and people leadership capability.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across complex systems.
- A commitment to innovation, workforce excellence and outstanding patient outcomes.
