The Country Fire Authority is seeking a Learning and Development skilled on a fixed-term basis to strengthen volunteer capability across the district. You will design, coordinate and deliver training programs, liaise with stakeholders and manage the annual district training plan to meet capability requirements.
You will bring TAE40116 or equivalent, understand RTO standards, and hold a current driver's licence, with a collaborative, proactive approach and strong communication skills.
