CL Compensation Lawyers is an award-winning personal injury law firm based in Parramatta.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Solicitor with a minimum of 2–3 years PQE to join our Parramatta team, ideally with prior experience in NSW Workers Compensation/WID claims. You will manage your own files and work closely with our friendly and high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a caseload of personal injury matters
- Provide sound legal advice and advocacy with a client-first approach
- Draft correspondence, submissions, and court documents
- Maintain compliance with legal procedures and court deadlines
- Actively contribute to the firm's success and team culture
- 2–3 years post-admission experience in personal injury law, preferably with experience in Workers Compensation/WID and CTP matters




- Proven ability to manage matters independently from start to finish
- Solid drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills
- High attention to detail and a client-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently
- Familiarity with IRO and Personal Injury Commission processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
