Randstad Pty is seeking a skilled Dozer / Heavy Machinery Operator for a busy landfill and resource recovery facility in Queensland. You will operate tracked dozers (Cat D6–D8) to manage cell slopes, push cover material, and keep site operations running smoothly.

We offer great pay at $45.45/hr + super + overtime penalties, with 50–60+ hours per week and a 3-month temp-to-perm transition into a secure career. A strong team and safety-focused culture support you in this role.
