Accoras is recruiting a Family Support Practitioner to support children and families in South East Queensland. This full time fixed-term role concentrates on trauma-informed, person-centred care to increase wellbeing, safety and belonging for children under 18.

Based from Upper Mount Gravatt, the role involves outreach within the South Brisbane region, with travel reimbursed. Experience in case management and knowledge of DFV are essential.
