Dreamerlabs is seeking a Head of Trust & Safety to own moderation for our AI-driven adult platform. You will manage queues, investigations and escalation, shaping safety standards across image, video, character and chat content.

Work alongside founders and engineers in North Sydney to lead contracted moderators, improve workflows and tooling, and ensure rapid, consistent decisions that balance safety with user experience.
