Central Queensland Indigenous Development (CQID) is seeking a Strong In Family & Culture Team Leader to lead a dedicated team across Rockhampton and Emerald. You will drive family finding, kin engagement and reunification efforts, ensuring culturally safe support for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families.

You will manage plans, records and reporting while building robust stakeholder relationships and contributing to CQID's quality standards and safety policies.
