Cater Care is seeking an experienced Workplace Relations Advisor for a permanent part time role in Brisbane (hybrid). You'll partner with leaders across our Australian business to provide practical, commercially focused ER/IR advice, handle investigations and grievances, and help shape policies and practices.

The role offers flexible hours, potential progression to full-time, and the chance to influence people practices across the group.
