APM Group in Pialba, QLD seeks Local Area Coordinators to assist people with disability, their families and carers to pursue goals, exercise choice, and engage with the NDIS – Partners in Community.

You will help with applying for supports, developing goals with participants, linking to local services, and navigating the NDIS while meeting contractual KPIs. APM offers versatile working and development opportunities within a diverse, inclusive team.
