Factory worker (Top wage for right person)

Jenmill Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated Factory Worker to join our assembly and process work team on a full time basis at our facility in Warwick, QLD 4370. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety in a manufacturing environment. You will be instrumental in supporting our production operations, with the potential to earn top wages based on your experience, skills and performance.

What you'll be doing

Operating manufacturing equipment and machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures and safety protocols

Assembling components and products to specified quality standards and technical requirements

Performing assembly and process work tasks efficiently and accurately to meet production targets

Inspecting finished products and components for defects, ensuring quality control standards are maintained

Packaging and labelling products ready for dispatch

Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work station and production area

Following health and safety guidelines and reporting any hazards or incidents immediately

Collaborating with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines

Undertaking routine equipment maintenance and cleaning tasks as required

Responding to feedback and continuously improving work processes and efficiency

What we're looking for

Proven experience in factory work, assembly or manufacturing environments





Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain consistent quality standards

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately

Physical capability to perform repetitive tasks and operate on your feet for extended periods

Reliability and punctuality with a strong commitment to attendance

A proactive approach to health and safety in the workplace

Good communication and teamwork skills

Basic numeracy and literacy skills

Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to changing production requirements

Relevant manufacturing or assembly certifications or qualifications are highly valued
