Kalwun Development Corporation Ltd is seeking a Family Based Care Practitioner to deliver trauma-informed, culturally safe case management for kinship and foster care in South East Queensland. Based in Burleigh, the role partners with Child Safety to support secure, culturally responsive placements and compliant processes.

You will build connections with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, support kin and carers, and contribute to a strengths-based, community-led care journey.
