NSW Health's Sydney Local Health District seeks a Registered Nurse to join the Mobile Assertive Treatment Team in Community Mental Health Services. This temporary part time role (24 hours per week) delivers community-based mental health care and coordination.

You will work with the Core Team to provide intake, assessment and treatment, upholding recovery-oriented practices and consumer involvement, with a NSW Driver's Licence required.
