Steelforce in Toowoomba is seeking a proactive Customer Service Administrator to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for customers across trade counter, phone and email channels, handling quotes, orders and cash sales in a hands-on role.

The position runs Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, at our Toowoomba site. You will work with a collaborative team, improve service levels and contribute to productive order processing.
