Spencer Ogden is seeking an investment VP to support M&A; evaluation and transaction execution across APAC+ANZ. Based in Singapore for regional coverage, you will originate deals, screen opportunities, and lead financial modeling and diligence with junior staff.

You will work with investors, advisors and counterparties, supervise deal execution, document transactions, and contribute to post-investment monitoring.
