Hype DC Miranda is seeking an ambitious Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach a agile team and deliver a premium sneaker retail experience. You will shape a high-performance culture, drive sales and ensure exceptional customer service on the shop floor.

You will work closely with the Store Manager and Area Manager to implement commercial strategies, manage rosters and maintain brand standards across visual merchandising and loss prevention.
