Are you organised, reliable, and someone who enjoys working with people? We are a small, family run business on the Sunshine Coast and are looking for a full time retail manager to join our team.
This is a hands on, customer- facing role in a dynamic retail environment, ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing computerised pool water testing (training provided)
- Assisting customers with retail sales
- Handling stock ordering, rotation and merchandising
- Invoicing
- Responding to phone and email enquiries and complaints in a friendly and professional manor
- Maintaining a clean, organised retail environment
- Assisting with the implementation of more efficient procedures
What We're Looking For:
- Physically fit- able to lift 20kg salt bags
- Available for some Saturday work
- Quick learner with a strong memory
- Excellent organisation and admin skills
- Previous retail experience is a bonus
- Experience with MYOB or other accounting software a bonus
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Self motivated and able to work independently
- A good team leader and able to provide training when required
- Owning a pool or previous experience with pools is a bonus (but not essential)
- A calm and patient approach with customers
