Reporting tothe State manager, the Fleet Controller is responsible for directing,coordinating and optimising daily transport operations to ensure the efficientutilisation of fleet and subcontractor assets. You’ll play a key role indelivering exceptional customer service while ensuring safety, compliance,productivity and operational targets are achieved.

Whatyou’ll be doing:

- Coordinating daily fleet andsubcontractor scheduling
- Managing manifests and transportmovements




- Monitoring driver fatiguecompliance and Safe Driver Plans
- Maintaining strong communicationwith drivers and customers
- Investigating service failuresand operational incidents
- Ensuring compliance withtransport laws, accreditation schemes and company policies
- Reporting delays, incidents andnon-conformances promptly
- Supporting safe, efficient andcost-effective operations
- Building strong relationshipswith customers and key stakeholders

Whatwe are looking for:

- Previous experience in transportscheduling, fleet control or logistics
- Robust knowledge of fatiguemanagement and transport compliance
- Excellent communication andproblem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
- Strong attention to detail andcommitment to safety
