This is a hands‑on leadership role across food, beverage, functions and events. You'll work alongside the Venue Manager and an experienced leadership team, take the lead on shift and help keep this busy venue running smoothly.

What you'll do

- Lead your team to create extraordinary guest experiences across dining, bars, functions and events
- Take ownership of day‑to‑day shift operations alongside the Venue Manager
- Coach and encourage your team so people feel valued, build confidence and thrive
- Maintain exceptional standards of service, cleanliness and venue presentation
- Manage shift administration, cash handling and daily reporting
- Uphold liquor licensing, responsible service and workplace safety requirements

What we're looking for





- A hospitality supervisor ready to step up or an experienced manager ready for their next move
- Confidence leading busy shifts in a high-volume venue
- Strong food and beverage knowledge, with functions and events experience highly regarded
- A passion for great service and bringing out the best in your team
- Availability across a mix of opens, mids and closes, including weekends and public holidays
- Current RMLV and Approved Manager Licence
