At Lakeside Chicken Newcastle, We're looking for a motivated and reliable Full time 2IC (Second in Charge) to work alongside management and help lead our day-to-day operations. Full training will be provided, so you'll have plenty of support while learning the role.
Key responsibilities
- Managing customer orders via work phone
- Placing orders with suppliers
- Delegating daily tasks to team members
- Organising and coordinating delivery routes
- Processing poultry products, including portion control, bagging, and preparation
- Slicing and preparing chicken
- Completing scheduled delivery runs
About you
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to lead and support a team
- Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn
- Experience with knife skills and food preparation preferred
- Available to work Saturday morning shifts
