We’re looking for an enthusiastic Trade Sales Assistant to join Western Landscape Supplies. You’ll be helping everyone from landscapers and builders to homeowners tackling their next backyard project.

You don’t need to know every type of soil, sand or gravel on day one. A positive attitude, willingness to learn and the confidence to have a conversation are a great place to start.

What you’ll be doing

Meeting people: Welcome customers at the counter and help them over the phone and by email.

Help make it happen: Be able to identify larger opportunities and assist the senior sales team in getting the job across the line.

Finding solutions: Learn our products and help customers choose the right materials for their jobs.

Making sales happen: Take orders and follow up with customers.

Building relationships: Pick up the phone, check in with trade customers and find out what projects they have coming up.

Keeping things moving: Work with our yard crew and dispatch team to organise deliveries.

Getting the details right: Process payments and make sure orders arrive with the right products,



quantities and delivery instructions.

When and where

You’ll be based at our Willawong yard in Brisbane. Our trading hours are Monday to Friday, 6 am–5 pm, and Saturday, 6 am–12 pm. Your working hours will be agreed, with Saturday work potentially included in the roster.
