Job Description

Location: Broadmeadows, VIC Our client is seeking seeking an experienced Project Coordinator – Execution Systems to support the delivery of major capital projects within a highly regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing workplace. The successful candidate will coordinate project activities across automation and engineering teams, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget and in accordance with regulatory and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate project activities across construction, commissioning, qualification and handover phases. Monitor project budgets, expenditure, forecasts and schedules.
- Manage project plans, risks, issues and key deliverables. Coordinate engineering teams, external vendors and project stakeholders. Prepare progress reports,



dashboards and project documentation.
- Track testing, deployment and engineering deliverables. Ensure compliance with GMP, safety and regulatory requirements. Support continuous improvement and project delivery initiatives.

Skills & Experience

- Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline. Demonstrated experience coordinating engineering or automation projects.
- Experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology or other regulated manufacturing environments. Strong project planning, budgeting and reporting skills. Knowledge of GMP, commissioning and qualification processes.
- Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
