The work

Established in 2009, All Roofing Services carries out residential roof replacements, repairs and related roofing work across Sydney, with our office and warehouse in Auburn.

Your work will include metal roof sheeting, battens,



insulation and blanket, flashings, cappings, skylights, vents, gutters and downpipes. Tile repairs and roof replacements.

We take pride in the whole job—from setting up a safe site to checking the finished work and leaving the place clean.

Who we’re looking for

You’re an experienced roof plumber who:

Takes pride in quality, watertight work.

Works efficiently and keeps safety front of mind.

Turns up ready for a 7 am start.

Pulls their weight and works well with others.

Treats customers, neighbours and teammates respectfully.

Follows the work order, checks the details and completes the job records.

We value people who take responsibility, get stuck in and want the whole team to succeed.

A paid, in-person work trial forms part of our hiring process. You’ll get to meet the crew and see how we operate, and we’ll get to see how you work. It’s a chance for both sides to decide whether it feels right.

Our first preference is to find the right person here in Australia. If we can’t, we’re open to considering an overseas candidate seeking a long-term place in the team, with skilled sponsorship considered where eligibility and requirements are met. An in-person trial would still be required before a final hiring decision.
