SoftwareOne is seeking an experienced HR Lead to partner with our Australia and New Zealand business through a critical period of transformation and integration. You will support about 350+ employees across ANZ, combining robust Industrial and Employee Relations expertise with strategic business partnering, leadership coaching and hands-on HR delivery.

You will manage complex employee relations matters end-to-end, and lead a direct report, an HR Business Partner.
