About the Role:
You'll be the person our sales reps rely on to keep everything moving while they're out in front of customers. You'll be the calm, organised centre of the sales office - turning enquiries into quotes, keeping the CRM honest, and giving the marketing side a hand whenever it's needed.
This is a genuine support role, not a sales target role. You'll be measured on accuracy, responsiveness and how much easier you make life for the people around you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing accurate, well-presented quotes and proposals for the sales team, and following them up
- Managing inbound enquiries by phone and email - triaging, responding, and handing warm leads to the right rep
- Keeping our CRM (Pipedrive) up to date: contacts, opportunities, pipeline notes and activity
- Processing orders and repair jobs, and liaising with our workshop and dispatch so hospitals get what was promised
- Preparing sales reports, price lists and customer information packs
- Supporting marketing: coordinating email campaigns, updating website and social content, organising collateral and event logistics
- General office and sales administration - calendars, travel, supplier orders, and keeping the office running smoothly
About You:
- You've spent at least 1-2 years in sales support, sales administration, customer service or a similar office-based role
- Organised to a fault - you can juggle a dozen open quotes and not drop one
- A confident, friendly communicator on the phone and in writing
- Comfortable with the Microsoft 365 suite (Excel and Outlook in particular) and quick to pick up new systems; CRM experience is a big plus
- Detail-obsessed - numbers, pricing and product codes need to be right the first time
- Happy to roll up your sleeves and help wherever the team needs it
- Experience in medical devices, healthcare supply or a hospital setting is welcome but not essential - we'll teach you the product
