Westpac is seeking a Senior AI Scientist to deliver smart leads models and agentic workflows within Business & Wealth. You will own end-to-end use cases from framing to production, combining predictive customer insights with AI-enabled workflows to boost banker productivity and customer relevance.

You will stay close to models, experiments and workflows, explain trade-offs clearly, and ensure fair outcomes and secure operation while driving adoption and measurable value.
