Workskil Australia is seeking an Employment Coach at our Geraldton site to help customers find suitable employment and overcome barriers. No prior experience is required, and ongoing support and training will be provided.
You will coach on employability, identify job opportunities, refer customers to external networks when needed, and document information within government systems to support outcomes.
